Founder Story

“Have to Go Through Something Others Cannot See Yet is Hard – But That Will Be The Reason Why We Win In The Long Run.” – Richard Hartono

Richard Hartono is a highly trusted and accomplished professional with a strong foundation in leadership, technology, and creative industries. His journey began at IPEKA Puri Indah Christian School, where he quickly earned the trust of his peers and mentors. As the leader of the IPEKA Puri Photography Club, he guided his team to multiple competition victories, securing six 1st place awards under his leadership. In addition, he co-founded Palaone Studios alongside Alvin Harjanto, a collaboration that led to five 1st place wins in short film competitions. His keen eye for detail, especially in the often-overlooked aspects of film production such as audio, played a crucial role in their success.

Beyond photography and filmmaking, Richard demonstrated his versatility by leading SKIPI News, a website project developed for the SKIPI Color Run. Despite having no prior experience in programming, he learned web development within three months and successfully launched the platform on a minimal budget. His leadership extended to multiple roles, including Head of Ticketing Division, Head of Multimedia Division for Performing Arts, and a Speaker at a photography workshop in Lippo Mall Puri. Even after graduating, his alma mater continued to entrust him with significant responsibilities, such as leading the Senior High School Graduation Production twice and serving as a jury member and speaker for photography competitions.

Richard’s career further expanded when he joined PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk as a Front-End Website Developer. His expertise also led him to freelance opportunities with major companies such as PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk., PT. Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk., PT. Garuda Totalindo Jaya, and PT. Rombak Pola Pikir. Recognized for his leadership and creative vision, he was later appointed as Chief Creative Officer and Chief Technology Officer at PT. Seiso Esa Indosolusi. In this role, he managed the digital presence of 18 brands across various industries, including PT. Peduli Alam Nusantara, Blu by BCA Digital, and Meta Buildtech.

Driven by a higher calling to build something of his own, Richard took the bold step of establishing his own agency, PT. RHP Cipta Digital. With a wealth of experience in digital strategy, creative direction, and technological innovation, he continues to make a significant impact in the industry, helping brands strengthen their presence in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Event Ticketing System and Social Media Marketing
Background:
BCT Music, an event organizer based in Taiwan, plans to invite Raisa to hold a concert at Zepp New Taipei. Their target audience includes Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) and university students in Taiwan, particularly in Taipei, Taichung, Taoyuan, and Kaohsiung.

Challenge:
BCT Music need to inform their target audiences about the upcoming concert with Raisa at Zepp New Taipei, Taiwan, to ensure ticket sales.

Strategy:
We collaborated closely to ensure ticket sales by providing an event ticketing system capable of on-site ticket scanning. Additionally, we offered social media marketing services to promote their content and reach their specific target audience.
Result:
Our d-day ticketing system successfully handled 60 users per minute over 1 hour period with approx. 3600 total users from 405.139 impressions, 150.018 reach, 69.847 post engagements, and 1.232 link clicks on Instagram
