Richard Hartono is a highly trusted and accomplished professional whose career thrives at the intersection of technology, business management, and the creative industries. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a wealth of experience spanning startups to enterprises, he operates on a core philosophy: owning a company is not a badge of pride, but a profound responsibility.

Richard’s journey began at IPEKA Puri Indah Christian School, where he quickly earned the trust of his peers and mentors. As the leader of the Photography Club, he guided his team to six 1st place competition victories. He also co-founded Palaone Studios, leading to five 1st place wins in short film competitions, driven by his keen eye for detail in often-overlooked aspects of production. Demonstrating his versatility early on, Richard spearheaded the SKIPI News platform, learning web development from scratch in just three months to successfully launch the project on a minimal budget.

His career rapidly expanded when he joined PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. as a Front-End Website Developer, which paved the way for opportunities with major companies like PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk. and PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk. Recognized for his leadership and creative vision, Richard was later appointed Chief Creative Officer and Chief Technology Officer at PT Seiso Esa Indosolusi, where he managed the digital presence of 18 brands, including Blu by BCA Digital and Meta Buildtech.

Driven by a higher calling, Richard established his own agency, PT RHP Cipta Digital. As Managing Director, he views success as a shared achievement and aligns his agency exclusively with “givers”, individuals focused on mutual growth and harmony. Under his leadership, the agency’s mission is to maximize client revenue engines through radical transparency and technical excellence.
